jobs.responsibilities
<p>- Must manage and organize the general production activities of the manufacturing facility</p>
<p>- Must plan and ensure quality standards and safety regulations in a timely manner</p>
<p>- Must compile accurate reports on the daily work capacity of subordinates</p>
<p>- Reports on production activities must be prepared and submitted on time</p>
<p>- Must constantly monitor the quality of incoming raw materials, product manufacturing technology, and raw material usage standards</p>
<p>- Must focus on managing the main production schedule and operational budgets</p>
<p>- Must be comfortable making decisive decisions in high-pressure situations and choosing the next course of action through critical thinking and holistic analysis</p>
<p>- Even the smallest details, whether a design flaw in a product or a delay in the supply chain, can have a significant impact; the Production Manager must be attentive to these and spare no effort in making improvements</p>
<p>- Must prevent downtime for both employees and equipment.</p>
