Digital Classifieds focuses on the development, support, and growth of 4 products with millions of visitors. These are user platforms designed for the buying and selling of cars, real estate, and any other products, as well as employment in the local market: turbo.az, bina.az, tap.az, and boss.az.
Tap.az is a leading online buying and selling platform in Azerbaijan, reaching approximately 2.0 million users per month. As we are growing our B2B segment, we are looking for a results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to join our team.
What we expect from you:
• Sales of B2B services: digital products, advertising, analytics;
• Building and managing the sales funnel in SME and SoHo segments;
• Attracting new clients and increasing sales with existing partners (upsell/cross-sell);
• Increasing the average contract value and achieving sales targets;
• Collecting customer feedback and contributing to product development.

Requirements:
• Proven B2B sales experience (digital/SaaS/advertising is an advantage);
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Skills in CRM and sales pipeline management;
• Higher education (bachelor's degree) — mandatory;
• Russian language — an advantage;
• Other languages — an advantage;
• Proactive approach and focus on long-term customer relationships.
