Job Description
TAKOPI AZERBAIJAN is an ambitious distributor of IT solutions for corporate clients. We operate in the fields of Wi-Fi, unified communications, and cybersecurity, collaborating with leading vendors such as Sophos, MikroTik, Netgear, Tiandy, and others. The company is currently growing, and we are looking for an independent accountant who will take full responsibility for the complete cycle of accounting and tax reporting and become a reliable pillar for the business.   It will be an advantage: Experience transitioning from outsourcing to in-house accounting or setting up accounting "from scratch"; Experience working with IT companies, distributors, and B2B;   Understanding of: vendor contracts, foreign currency operations and exchange rate differences; Experience working with non-residents, electronic services, royalties, and the import of software/licenses.   Working conditions: You are the company's sole accountant; Work in an environment of business growth and evolving processes; It is important to be flexible and calmly adapt to changes in taxes and business; Working hours: 09:00–18:00. jobs.requirements
Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics;

3–5 years of experience as an accountant;

Experience in independent accounting for a small or medium-sized company;

Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani accounting and tax legislation;

 

Practical experience with:

VAT, corporate tax, and personal income tax;

Social contributions, pension contributions, and mandatory health insurance (MHI);

Proficiency in accounting software used in Azerbaijan;

Experience with electronic services: Taxpayer Portal, E-invoices, E-waybills (if applicable);

Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables);

Experience with internet banking.
