Telephone and Customer Service:
- Answer incoming calls to the company and direct customers accordingly
- Communicate effectively with customers and manage their inquiries
- Provide information to potential speakers about our platform, services, and registration process
Social Media and Online Inquiries:
- Respond to questions received via social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Direct questions that fall outside of template responses to the relevant departments
- Provide assistance with the online registration process
Document Circulation and Forms:
- Receive and verify incoming forms for customer transfers
- Forward forms received from partners and our other offices to the appropriate departments
- Ensure the follow-up of forms and documents and monitor the response process
- Manage consultant registration forms and speaker registration documents
Registration and Information:
- Provide step-by-step instructions on the registration process to new speakers and consultants
- Provide information regarding documents required for registration
- Answer questions about online consulting services and platform usage rules
Communication with Partners:
- Receive inquiries from partner companies and forward them to the relevant departments
- Conduct and follow up on correspondence with partners
- Ensure coordination with our other offices
Other Office Tasks:
- Manage internal and external document circulation
- Provide assistance in organizing office tasks
- Support the organization of meetings and events
