Job Description

- Contacting existing company customers and providing information regarding service offerings

- Responding to customer inquiries and requests in an efficient manner

- Providing complete and comprehensive information to customers

- Carrying out the sale of service offerings

- Communicating with difficult customers to assist in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Coordinating existing orders with the service team

- Carrying out registration in the computer software system

- Female candidates only

- Fluent in Azerbaijani (Russian is an asset)

- Excellent speaking and communication skills

- Presentation and sales skills

- Previous experience in sales is mandatory.
