Job Description
Excellent command of Russian, good English. Knowledge of basic computer programs, in particular, proficiency in Excel. Attention to detail, proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly. Ability to communicate fluently with clients over the phone. Basic knowledge of the geography of Azerbaijan.

- Booking of hotels, transport, excursions, etc.
- Maintaining reports for the sales manager, contracts, invoices, etc.
- Correspondence with partners and service providers (hotels, guides, drivers)
- Working at international exhibitions/conferences in Azerbaijan (Greenwich Travel Club is an exhibition tour operator and a partner of CEO / ITECA Caspian)
