Responsibilities: Responsible for compliance with the norms and rules of labor protection, technical safety, industrial sanitation, and fire safety, as well as the fulfillment of other labor functions provided for in this instruction. Must know: Relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Law on Public Procurement) Orders, directives, and laws of higher authorities and company management The company's management structure, and its technical and economic development directions Rules and methods for the procurement of goods and materials and the conclusion of procurement contracts with suppliers Internal disciplinary rules Norms and rules of labor protection, safety engineering, industrial and fire safety Additional information: Lunch is provided by the company Salary is paid via bank card.
jobs.responsibilities
The Procurement Specialist, based on the instructions of the Head of the Procurement Department and the orders submitted by the company's structural units, ensures the timely supply of necessary primary and auxiliary materials, as well as equipment and spare parts required for the normal operation of the company, in accordance with existing standards and consumption ratios.
Prepare lists of goods and materials by clarifying their technical specifications based on submitted orders, and organize their procurement either through contracts or cash payments.
Determine delivery timelines for goods and arrange transportation accordingly.
Record the receipt and issuance of procured goods and materials.
Prepare and submit relevant documents to file complaints in cases where goods and materials received under contracts do not comply with the required certifications.
Monitor the distribution of goods within established limits and oversee the implementation of the technical supply plan.
Conduct correspondence with suppliers and enterprises, and prepare relevant contracts in accordance with established regulations.

Higher technical education
At least 5-10 years of work experience in relevant fields
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Language skills – Azerbaijani, English, Russian
Receiving products purchased from abroad from the Customs Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and delivering them to the warehouse
Knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020
