Job Description
Bachelor's degree in medicine or pharmacy Training or education in marketing Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Product Manager (PM) 50/50 orientation towards process and results Advanced proven skills in presentation, persuasion, analytical thinking, project management, planning, and organization Stress tolerance and readiness to work under increased workloads Advanced computer skills allowing for proficient use of basic office software and CRM systems Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory (intermediate level) Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally)

- Formation of the product portfolio

- Assessment of new product potential before market launch

- Analysis of the pharmacological and clinical characteristics of the product

- Product planning and ensuring its profitability

- Approval and implementation of the promotional campaign

- Preparation of the campaign book and visit guide

- Preparation of promotional materials

- Training of the sales team, including joint and blind visits
