We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Incoming Tourism Specialist to join our growing team in Azerbaijan. This role is central to developing and expanding our inbound tourism operations, focusing on partner relations, product creation, and market growth across Asia and Europe.

As an Incoming Tourism Specialist, you will play a key role in managing partner requests, designing tailored travel products, and strengthening relationships with local service providers to deliver exceptional experiences for international visitors.

Обязанности

Contacting partners, registering their requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Preparing professional proposals and quotations based on partner requirements.

Developing new tourism products and packages tailored to specific market needs.

Actively marketing our products to both existing and potential new partners.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with local vendors, including hotels, restaurants, museums, transport providers, and other service partners.

Continuously reviewing and enhancing existing products to maintain competitiveness and high quality standards.

Требования

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the tourism industry.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proven experience working with Asian and European markets.

Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

High level of discipline, responsibility, and self-motivation.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)

Good command of the Russian language.

Good command of Chinese (Mandarin).

Knowledge of any additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.).

Understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
