Job Description
Work schedule: 5-day work week (09:00 to 18:00)

Salary: To be determined based on the interview

Workplace: Baku

Experience in distribution and wholesale business models

Experience working with large SKU portfolios

Experience working with forecasts and KPIs
Responsibilities
Preparation and regular updating of sales forecasts

Ensuring the balance of supply and demand

Optimization of stock levels (reducing the risks of out-of-stock and overstock)

Coordination with sales, procurement, and logistics teams

Analyzing supply chain risks and taking preventive measures

Preparation of monthly and quarterly planning reports

Planning support for the process of launching new products into the market
Requirements
Higher education (Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field)

Analytical thinking skills

Planning and organizational skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team

Ability to make decisions under stress

Work experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain / demand planning

Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage

Language skills:

Azerbaijani – excellent

Russian – good

English – good (especially for correspondence and reporting)

Computer skills:

MS Excel – advanced level (pivot tables, advanced formulas)

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Micro)

Power BI or other analytical tools are an advantage
