• Registered Employers: When you apply for a job or make your profile "Public", your resume and contact details are disclosed to registered employers and recruitment agencies explicitly seeking candidates on Holo.az. We are not liable for how these independent third parties subsequently handle your data; they are bound by their own privacy policies and local laws.
• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who provide essential infrastructure, such as cloud hosting, email delivery services, analytics, and AI processing APIs. These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Authorities: We will unconditionally disclose your personal data to law enforcement agencies, courts, or governmental bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan if legally mandated by a formal request, subpoena, or court order, to protect our legal rights, or to ensure the safety of the public and our users.

Data shared with employers prior to your deletion request cannot be retracted by Holo.az from the employers' private systems.
