Job Description

Working hours: 6 working days a week from 09:00 to 18:00

Preference is given to those living in Khirdalan, Sumgayit, and Masazir

<p>Preparation of purchase-sale and service contracts<br>Preparation of loan agreements, resolutions, etc. with the founder<br>Making amendments to constitutive documents and filing applications<br>Preparation of employment contracts<br>Preparation of invoices<br>Preparation, submission, and approval of electronic invoices (e-qaimə)<br>Preparation of handover acts<br>Preparation of price agreement protocols<br>Preparation of mutual reconciliation acts<br>Preparation of bank payment orders<br>Making online payments via bank<br>Opening salary cards<br>Calculation, preparation, and payment of Value Added Tax (VAT)<br>Carrying out offsets for previous and current periods<br>Preparation of withholding tax returns related to salaried employment (Unified return)<br>Calculation, preparation, and payment of withholding taxes<br>Daily monitoring of online correspondence (incoming letters)<br>Responding to letters received through online correspondence<br>Hiring and dismissal of employees<br>Registration and de-registration of employees<br>Preparation of monthly payroll<br>Calculation of vacation pay and final settlement<br>Preparation of business trip documents and performing calculations.</p>

<p>Relevant education in the field</p>
<p>At least 5 years of experience in the current field</p>
<p>Knowledge of Word, Excel, and 1C</p>
<p>MS Office skills, especially Excel</p>
<p>Ability to work with e-taxes and internet banking systems</p>
<p>Ability to work independently in the 1C program</p>
<p>Responsible, precise, and professional</p>
<p>Russian language is desirable</p>
<p>Must be fluent in English</p>
