Job Description
Foreign Procurement Specialist

About the company: Our company holds a leading position in the market for the sale of furniture, tiles, and plumbing products. Due to our expanding operations, we are looking for a dynamic team member with strong negotiation skills and experience in the supply chain field to join our Foreign Relations Department.

Working conditions:

Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Salary: Competitive, based on the candidate's knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities
Foreign market research: Finding new suppliers, analyzing product ranges, and conducting price research.

Negotiation: Handling correspondence with foreign partners and negotiating contract terms (price, payment, delivery) in the most favorable way for the company.

Order management: Creating purchase orders (PO) and tracking the entire process from product manufacturing to arrival at the warehouse.

Logistics and Customs: Coordinating with transport companies to organize international shipments and overseeing customs documentation.

Reporting: Providing regular reports to management regarding procurement processes and costs.
Requirements
Education: Higher education (a degree in Economics, International Relations, or Logistics is preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in procurement or foreign economic relations (experience in the construction materials or furniture sector is a significant advantage).

Language skills: Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (written and verbal communication is mandatory).

Software skills: Ability to work with MS Office (especially Excel) and 1C software.

Personal qualities: Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
