Job Description
Vacancy: Receptionist (female candidates only)

Work schedule:
• Monday – Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00
• Sunday is a day off.
Salary: 600-650 AZN (determined based on the candidate's knowledge and skills).

Responsibilities
* Welcoming and directing guests and clients at the company entrance
* Answering and routing incoming calls
* Managing emails and official correspondence
* Maintaining office documents and databases in a correct and organized manner
* Organizing daily office activities and providing administrative support
* Establishing polite and professional communication with clients
* Fulfilling tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
* Female candidates
* Higher or secondary vocational education
* Fluency in Azerbaijani (English is an advantage)
* Neat and well-groomed appearance
* Responsible, attentive, and communicative
* Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred)
* Age range 20-30.
