Job Description

With 9,000 employees and over 1,400 stores, it is currently the largest retail chain in the country. "OBA Market" LLC is the number one retail chain in Azerbaijan in terms of the number of stores. Part of the Veysaloglu Group of Companies, "OBA Market" LLC entered the Azerbaijani retail market in 2016 with a new discount store concept. The main goal in establishing the network is to provide customers with daily necessities at the lowest possible prices and with high quality. Since 2020, "OBA" Market has significantly increased its product range, and in addition to its own private label (PL) products, it now also sells local and international brands.

Responsibilities

Check the compliance of materials provided by suppliers and the warehouse with the budget and carry out the acceptance process.

Supervise the execution of construction and repair works in accordance with design documents, technical standards, and regulations.

Participate in the preparation of repair and construction cost estimates and ensure cost optimization.

Develop work schedules for projects and monitor their execution.

Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and its compliance with contractual terms.

Conduct inspections of stores, take measurements, and ensure the preparation of sketches.

Collaborate closely with the project team and submit regular reports.

Ensure the preparation of technical documents, certificates, and executive documentation.

Monitor compliance with labor protection and safety regulations at the construction site.

Participate in planning material requirements and the procurement process.

Take prompt measures to eliminate identified technical non-conformities.

Requirements

Higher education in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field

Knowledge of construction norms and regulations

Ability to work in AutoCAD and other design software

Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory.
