Job Description
Real Emlak company is looking for realtors for its branches. The company is one of the leading and largest companies in the real estate sector, operating with 20 branches across Baku. Possessing an extensive information database covering over 300,000 active properties for sale and rent, the company works with a modern real estate database managed by digital systems.

The position of realtor involves the professional management of sales and rental operations in the real estate sector. The candidate will actively communicate with clients to present properties that meet their requirements, as well as fully oversee the buying and selling process. Key activities include placing advertisements, organizing meetings with clients, showing properties, and successfully completing sales.
Responsibilities
• Actively communicate with customers and provide them with accurate information

• Offer properties according to customer requirements

• Post and update daily advertisements

• Organize property viewings and conduct presentations

• Follow the sales and rental process through to completion

• Work with the customer database and keep contacts consistently active

• Adhere to the company's internal regulations and work principles

• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and responsible manner.
Requirements
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be active, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Must have the ability to work in a team
• Must be interested in the field of sales and open to learning
• Must have a neat appearance and good speaking skills
• Proficiency in working with phones and social media is an advantage
• No experience required, training is provided by the company.
