Job Description

• 5 working days per week, from 10:00 to 19:00 (Saturday is a rotating, short working day)

• Salary: 800-1200 AZN (increasing salary + high bonus)

• Address: Near Sharq Bazar (28 May metro station)
Responsibilities
• Analyzing and promptly responding to emails and customer inquiries received by the company

• Participating in tender inquiries and managing the process of preparing tender documentation

• Collecting and submitting documents required for tenders

• Preparing commercial proposals and presenting them to clients

• Preparing necessary documentation for vendor list registration and completing online applications

• Participating in B2B meetings and representing the company in a professional manner

• Establishing effective cooperation with existing clients and ensuring its continuity

• Receiving orders, tracking the fulfillment process, and maintaining oversight

• Answering customer inquiries regarding products and services

• Managing the client database and exploring new cooperation opportunities

• Regularly analyzing market innovations and competitor activities

• Daily communication with clients and coordination of work processes.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in B2B sales

• Practical knowledge of tender and sales processes

• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to use 1C and CRM software

• Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages (both verbal and written)

• High-level business writing and communication skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented

• Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a team and build effective relationships with customers

• Excellent sales and presentation skills

• Innovative, dynamic, and highly self-motivated
