Technical Service Specialist

Aura Məişət Texnikası LLC, the Azerbaijani distributor of Aura GMBH, one of Germany's well-established brands, is looking for a Technical Service Specialist for its growing team.

Responsibilities
Installation and technical maintenance of Aura water purification and cleaning devices at customer addresses

Providing service to existing customers

Ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues that may arise

Submitting reports to management regarding daily work performed.
Requirements
Interest in the technical field and openness to learning

Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical equipment is desirable

Driving license is mandatory (Active driving skills are desirable)

High communication skills with customers, being friendly and tidy

Good knowledge of Baku and surrounding areas

Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
