<p>Analyze incoming company e-mails and customer inquiries and respond accordingly<br>Participate in tender inquiries, take part in the process of collecting necessary documents for tenders, respond to tender inquiries, prepare proposals, and participate in B2B tender meetings<br>Collect and submit the necessary documents for inclusion in vendor lists online<br>Maintain proper communication with existing customers, prepare commercial proposals, and accept, track, and oversee the execution of orders<br>Manage the existing customer base and ensure the retention of current customers<br>Answer questions related to products and services<br>Regularly monitor competitor activities and the overall market situation<br>Maintain daily communication with customers and coordinate workflows.</p>
