<p><strong>Phone and Customer Services:</strong></p>
<p>- Answering incoming calls to the company and directing customers</p>
<p>- Communicating effectively with customers and managing their inquiries</p>
<p>- Providing information to potential speakers about our platform, services, and registration process</p>
<p><strong>Social Media and Online Inquiries:</strong></p>
<p>- Answering questions received via social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram)</p>
<p>- Forwarding questions that fall outside of template responses to the relevant departments</p>
<p>- Providing assistance with the online registration process</p>
<p><strong>Document Workflow and Forms:</strong></p>
<p>- Receiving and verifying forms submitted for customer transfers</p>
<p>- Forwarding forms received from partners and our other offices to the relevant departments</p>
<p>- Ensuring the follow-up of forms and documents and monitoring the response process</p>
<p>- Managing consultant registration forms and speaker registration documents</p>
<p><strong>Registration and Information:</strong></p>
<p>- Providing step-by-step guidance to new speakers and consultants regarding the registration process</p>
<p>- Providing information about the documents required for registration</p>
<p>- Answering questions about online consulting services and the platform's usage rules</p>
<p><strong>Communication with Partners:</strong></p>
<p>- Receiving inquiries from partner companies and forwarding them to the appropriate departments</p>
<p>- Conducting and following up on correspondence with partners</p>
<p>- Ensuring coordination with our other offices</p>
<p><strong>Other Office Tasks:</strong></p>
<p>- Managing internal and external document workflow</p>
<p>- Assisting in the organization of office tasks</p>
<p>- Providing support in organizing meetings and events.</p>

<p>Higher education</p>
<p>Work experience in the HR field (is an advantage)</p>
<p>Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan</p>
<p>Ability to work with MS Office programs</p>
<p>Communication and organizational skills</p>
<p>Responsible and disciplined.</p>
