Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager position located in Baku. The Procurement Manager will oversee the company's procurement activities, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation and management, and ensuring that procurement processes align with the company's strategic goals.

Strong knowledge and experience in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation
In-depth knowledge of procurement and contract management, a good understanding of procurement best practices
Strong analytical skills to assess market analysis, supplier performance, and procurement strategies
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Mandatory: Strong knowledge of SAP system (SAP MM or procurement-related modules)
Mandatory: Solid knowledge in logistics and customs area (including import/export procedures and documentation)
Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of work experience in a managerial position
Experience in the oil, gas, or offshore industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
