Job Description

Tourex Travel is looking for a Head of Sales who will build the sales strategy, manage the sales team, and increase the company's sales targets.

Note: Tour packages are offered with an installment payment option of up to 24 months.

Preparation and organization of sales for outbound tours
Effective communication with customers and accurate identification of their needs
Booking airline tickets, hotels, and transfers
Providing information and support regarding visa procedures
Presentation of existing tour packages and increasing sales
Responding to customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.

jobs.requirements

* Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales
* 2–3 years of team management experience
* Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
* Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages (English is an asset)
* Ability to work with MS Office and CRM systems.
