- Age limit 18-30;
- Fluent writing and communication skills in Azerbaijani are required; knowledge of English is an advantage, and knowledge of Russian is desirable;
- Active work experience on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, and an understanding of their algorithms;
- Creative thinking and the ability to create engaging content (text, visual, video);
- Experience in developing and implementing SMM strategies;
- Analytical thinking and reporting skills (working with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.);
