Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00

Work days: 5 days a week

Salary: 500 - 550 AZN

Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing visitors

- Serving tea, coffee, and water to management and guests

- Ensuring office tidiness

- Answering phone calls

- Managing emails and correspondence, and directing them to the relevant departments
Requirements
Age: 21-31;

Education: Higher;

Work Experience: At least 2 years;

Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian

- Good communication, clear diction, and ability to work in a team

- Neat, punctual, well-groomed appearance

- Understanding of office administration (documentation)

- Computer skills: Office programs – Word, Excel (excellent)

- Timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks

- Business-oriented and goal-oriented, responsible, precise, hardworking, with problem-solving skills.
