Job responsibilities:
- Receive and manage reservations according to the rules set by the restaurant manager, and properly execute table assignments;
- Adhere to telephone communication rules based on established guidelines;
- Ensure efficient and polite service for restaurant visitors and create a comfortable environment for them;
- Provide high-level service to guests;
- Welcome new guests, offer tables for seating, escort them to their chosen tables, and present the menu;
- Have a good knowledge of the menu and provide comprehensive information about any dish to guests;
- Resolve guest issues in a timely and high-quality manner;
