Job Description

Working conditions:

- Working days: 5-day work week

- Employment documentation in accordance with the Labor Code

- Address: Baku, Narimanov district, Hasan Aliyev Street

- Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00

Responsibilities

- Preparation of invoices
- Drafting of handover protocols, bills of lading, and contracts
- Processing of bank and cash transactions (inflow and outflow)
- Execution of payment orders via internet banking
- Preparation of reconciliation statements
- Gathering necessary data for the preparation of tax reports
- Proficiency in working with E-gov (EMAS) (registering and de-registering employees)
- Preparation of monthly payrolls, and processing of salary, vacation, and SSPF (social insurance) payments
- Timely execution of tasks assigned by management

Requirements

- Education: Higher education (in Finance and Accounting)

- Experience: 1 year of work experience

- Age: 22-40

- Computer skills: MS Office (especially MS Excel)

- Ability to work with 1C software

- Ability to work independently with e-taxes.gov.az (online correspondence, E-invoices, deposit accounts, etc.)
