jobs.responsibilities
<p>Preparation of project QA/QC procedures and supervision of their implementation</p>
<p>Preparation and updating of Risk Matrix, monitoring of risks</p>
<p>Preparation, approval, and coordination of ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) execution</p>
<p>Preparation of inspection forms (protocols/certificates) and proper maintenance of execution documentation</p>
<p>Preparation of Material Approval Requests (MAR) and Material Approval Forms, management of the material approval process</p>
<p>Management of the Welding WPS section: verification of WPS/PQR/WPQ documents, monitoring of welding processes, and ensuring compliance</p>
<p>Preparation/review of Method Statements and supervision of their field implementation</p>
<p>Field quality inspections, management of non-conformities (NCR), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)</p>
<p>Monitoring of the quality systems of contractors and subcontractors, coordination with the client/technical supervision.</p>

<p>Degree in Mechanical Engineering (higher education)</p>
<p>Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC (experience in a leadership role is an advantage)</p>
<p>Ability to work with project documentation, take-offs/BOQ, and as-built drawings</p>
<p>AutoCAD is mandatory, Revit (is an advantage)</p>
<p>Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian/English (is an advantage)</p>
<p>Driver's license and suitability for site work (is an advantage).</p>
