Job Description

We are looking for an active and responsible Cashier-Barista who loves the service industry to join our bakery team.

If you are able to communicate with a smile, enjoy working with customers, and can work comfortably in a dynamic environment, you can join our team.

— Workplace: Avant Park residential complex, near 20 Yanvar metro station
— Work schedule: 6/1
— Salary: Fixed salary + KPI

Responsibilities

- Courteously greet customers and take their orders

- Provide accurate information about products

- Carry out the sales process and cash register operations

- Serve orders accurately and on time

- Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages

- Maintain the cleanliness of the display case, tabletops, and work area

- Comply with hygiene, service, and internal regulations.

Requirements

- Work experience as a cashier, in sales, or as a barista
- Being friendly, polite, and tidy
- Ability to communicate correctly with customers
- Responsible and punctual approach
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
