We are currently looking for customer representatives for our project serving Turkish Airlines.

Candidates must have a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.

In the role of a customer representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing high-level service to our valued customers.

You will start work after completing the training period, and monthly performance evaluations will be conducted. In addition to a base salary, employees can earn extra income through a performance-based bonus system.

Performance evaluations are held quarterly, and salary increases are applied to successful employees.

The shift system consists of 6 days a week, 8 hours and 30 minutes per day (including a 1-hour lunch/break). Shifts rotate weekly and include morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts (shuttle service is available for shift changes after 00:00). Flexible shift solutions are handled based on mutual agreement.
