Job Description

Employer: A group of companies producing food products

Workplace: Baku.

Salary: By agreement. Additional bonuses are paid based on sales.

Responsibilities

- Prepare sales plans, sales channels, and draft sales forms and methods in collaboration with the companies' sales teams, and present them to the Group Management.
- Take measures to increase the brand value of the companies' products.
- Organize the sales of the companies' products, including exports.
- Build and manage a loyal customer portfolio for the companies' products.
- Diversify sales channels.
- Attract customers for the sale of the companies' products and organize daily operations with them.
- Handle sales-related documentation and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Manage the companies' activities with distributor, agent, and dealer networks.
- Organize the execution of sales plans.
- Prepare sales-related reports and submit them to the Group Management.
- Manage sales-related projects assigned by the Group Management and perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

Higher education in economics or business (preference given to those with a degree in marketing and sales);

At least 5 (five) years of experience in the field of food product sales;

Excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian;

Strong communication skills;

Ability to work with difficult clients and partners;

Strong presentation skills;

Analytical skills;

Report writing skills;

Proficiency in MS Office and analytical software.
