Job Description
- Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 and 12:00 to 21:00 (rotating shifts)

- Lunch is provided by the company

- Work schedule: 6 days a week with rotating shifts; day off is on a weekday

- Workplace: 8 M.H. Kazimov St., Babek Ave.

- Fixed salary: 600 AZN

- Company: Radius Tire Center

Responsibilities
- Know the job duties of service technicians and monitor the progress and completion time of the work performed by them.
- Organize supervision of technicians' adherence to work schedules.
- Drive customer vehicles to and from the service area.
- Inform the sales department and customers about any malfunctions that occur during work.
- Check that employees are provided with the necessary material, technical, and information resources required for the fulfillment of their duties, and take measures to prevent interruptions, breakdowns, or temporary work stoppages.
- Control the costs of consumables used and maintain records of them.
- Fill out work cards.
- Prepare proposals for improving equipment utilization efficiency and labor productivity, and observe a regime of saving material and labor resources.
- Ensure the workstation is kept tidy during work hours.
- Comply with labor protection, safety regulations, industrial sanitation and hygiene standards, fire safety requirements, as well as internal administrative rules and the commercial secrecy regime.
Requirements
- Gender: male

- Age limit: 20-35 years old

- Secondary education

- 3 years of work experience in customer-related positions

- Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani (Russian is an asset)

- BC category driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience (manual and automatic transmission)

- Residency: Baku city

- Personal qualities: serious, responsible, punctual, attentive, communicative, and hardworking

- Ability to work in a team
