Job Description
Work schedule: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday, Saturday 09:00 – 15:00, (Day off - Sunday)
Responsibilities
Independently perform daily technical support services in the IT field

Monitor the continuous operation of computer hardware, network, and software

Ensure the proper and secure functioning of the IT infrastructure

Perform installation, updates, and technical maintenance of systems

Provide technical support to users and promptly resolve issues that arise

Monitor the proper functioning of software and troubleshoot malfunctions

Ensure the stable operation of networks and servers

Ensure compliance with information security regulations
Requirements
Higher education in IT or a related technical field
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a relevant field
Ability to perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting on IT equipment
Ability to solve technical problems promptly and independently
Analytical thinking and a responsible approach
