Responsibilities
• Management of the company's social media accounts
• Preparation and implementation of social media strategy
• Active work experience on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and understanding their algorithms
• Preparation of post, story, and advertising copy
• Management of daily social media posts
• Planning and optimization of advertising campaigns
• Analysis of social media statistics and preparation of reports
• Communication with the audience and responding to messages
• Monitoring trends and presenting creative ideas
• Working in coordination with the design and marketing team
• Ability to use artificial intelligence for responding to customer messages
• Career advancement opportunities
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in SMM
• Practical knowledge of social media platforms
• Creative thinking and content creation skills
• Fluent writing ability in Azerbaijani
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other SMM tools
• Experience working with advertising accounts is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a result-oriented approach
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible, prompt, and open to innovations
• Ability to work with AI-based video editing and content production tools
• Age limit: 20–35
• Ability to work with camera equipment
