Job Description

Naz Travel is looking for an experienced Tour Manager with strong communication skills in the tourism sector.

Work days: 5 full work days per week, half-day on Saturday
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Salary: 450 – 600 AZN + bonus
The salary will be determined during the interview based on the candidate's knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Booking and sale of airline tickets;

Analyzing customer needs to prepare international tours, and organizing individual and group tours;

Booking and purchasing hotels, airline tickets, transfers, car rentals, and other services in B2B systems according to customer requests;

Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;

Arrangement of travel insurance;

Daily communication with partner tour operators and hotels.

Requirements

Fluent verbal skills in Azerbaijani, intermediate knowledge of English and Russian;

Experience in customer communication;

Knowledge of visa procedures is desirable;

Computer literacy;

Active internet usage, quick search and information gathering skills;

Fluent and professional communication skills;

Responsible, attentive, active, energetic, and eager to learn.
