- Organize and implement market activities in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy; achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
- Develop commercial strategies and appropriate action plans for the region
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions; provide guidance, coaching, and continuous feedback to team members regarding their strengths and development needs
- Continuously improve sales management and elevate skills to an advanced level
- Continuously improve market knowledge and elevate skills to an advanced level
- Continuously deepen medical and product knowledge
- Actively participate in the company’s periodic meetings, training sessions, coaching workshops, technical information presentations, and briefings; attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed
- Negotiate to ensure the availability of company products in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with supporting administrative staff
- Extensive use of dual and blind visits/marketing tools in the assigned regions
