Job Description
“XƏTAİ-7” LLC operates in the field of management of multi-apartment residential complexes. A professional candidate is sought for the position of Accountant-Cashier to work in the areas of finance, accounting, cash operations, accounts receivable management, settlements with property owners, maintenance of registers, and organization of document flow.

Workplace: Baku city, Khatai district, Jeyhun Hasanov street 4A. Office.
Employment type: Full-time, primary place of work.

Work schedule: Full working day, 6 days a week.
Net monthly salary: 1100 AZN

Responsibilities
• Maintaining accounting records in accordance with legislation;
• Preparing and submitting tax, financial, and statistical reports;
• Executing and recording bank and cash transactions;
• Performing calculations for utility service charges;
• Maintaining records of accounts receivable and payable for property owners;
• Preparing and sending notifications to property owners with outstanding debts;
• Maintaining an electronic registry for residential and non-residential premises;
• Managing employment contracts, HR documentation, and payroll calculations;
• Verifying contracts, invoices, electronic waybills, and other financial documents;
• Preparing financial reports, analytical data, and presentations for management;
• Organizing document flow and archiving;
• Maintaining records and registration for elevator cards, access codes, and barrier chips;
• Participating in ensuring the financial discipline and internal control mechanisms of the Management of Multi-apartment Buildings (MMMC).
Requirements
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in accounting and taxation;

• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel;

• Experience working with electronic invoices, the internet tax office, e-gov, e-sosial, and other government information systems;

• Strong knowledge of tax, labor, and accounting legislation;

• Analytical thinking and report-writing skills;

• Responsibility, integrity, and high organizational skills;

• Ability to work accurately with documents and ensure the protection of confidential information.

Advantages

• Work experience in the management of housing cooperatives (MMMC/MTK) or residential complexes;

• Experience in accounts receivable management and settlements with property owners;

• Practical knowledge of labor relations and personnel record keeping;
