Job Description
Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 5 days a week

• Salary: 600-700 AZN

Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and communicating with clients in accordance with business ethics standards;

Providing customers with full information about the company's services and presenting pricing for services that correspond to customer requests in an appropriate manner;

Providing detailed information to customers about the company's campaigns;

Recording customer requests and forwarding them to the relevant department;

Executing tasks assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner;

Providing customers with accurate information about the company's services and prices, and registering orders;

Listening to customer complaints, suggestions, and recommendations, or forwarding them to the appropriate person;
Requirements
Age: 20 – 35

Gender: Female

Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), Russian (preferred);

Ability to express thoughts clearly, fluently, and correctly;

Patient and composed;

1-3 years of work experience in a relevant field (preference given to those with experience in call centers, sales, and customer service);

Computer skills – proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet resources;
