Job Description

• Schedule: Every other day from 10:00 to 22:00; Sundays (if the shift falls on a Sunday) from 08:00 to 22:00

• Salary: 700 AZN

• Workplace: Sahil metro station

• Employment according to the Labor Code.

Responsibilities

• Greet center guests and direct them to the appropriate specialists.

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding services, procedures, and current offers.

• Ensure a high level of service and assist clients in selecting suitable procedures.

• Provide polite and welcoming service to every visitor.

• Receive and register inquiries, and take note of visitor feedback and complaints.

Requirements

• Do not leave the workplace without a valid reason.

• Demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail when performing duties.

• 1 to 3 years of work experience.

• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.

• Friendliness and politeness.

• Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the company.

• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills.

• Age: up to 35 years.

• Gender: female/male.

Organizational and administrative duties:

• Maintain visitor logs and register procedures and services provided.

• Be responsible for cash transactions and monitor inventory levels.

• Provide information support and assist clients in navigating the center's services.

• Organize the management's workflow: obtain necessary data from departments and summon employees at the manager's request.

• Timely deliver documents and information to management.

• Facilitate the prompt consideration of employee suggestions and requests.
