Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 10:00 to 17:30

Responsibilities

Maintenance of accounting records in accordance with legislation

Organization and supervision of daily financial transactions (cash, bank, transfers, etc.)

Preparation and timely submission of reports to the Social Protection Fund, simplified tax, VAT, and other government authorities

Preparation and tracking of electronic invoices

Accounting and monitoring of accounts receivable and payable

Preparation of financial statements and submission to management

Proper archiving and storage of accounting documents

Monitoring and implementation of changes in legislation

Calculation of salaries and proper processing of payments

Requirements

Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics (at least 6 months of work experience)

Experience in a relevant field

Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software

Knowledge of the Tax Code and accounting principles

Practical experience in calculating salaries, vacations, and final settlements

Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail

Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
