Job Description

Workplace: Narimanov district, Zaur Nudiraliyev, 61

Work schedule: 5 days a week

Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Salary: 1000-1200 AZN

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal opinions on contracts and other legal documents;

Preparing legal documents and official correspondence related to the company's activities;

Conducting correspondence with government agencies and other organizations regarding legal matters;

Responding to incoming legal inquiries and applications in accordance with legislation;

Conducting legal expertise of contracts and documents related to commercial activities;

Participating in the execution of tasks related to company law and corporate documents;

Monitoring changes in legislation and informing relevant parties;

Performing legal-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Higher education

Work experience: Minimum 1 – 2 years

Ability to work with contracts and corporate legal documents;

Knowledge of commercial law is preferred;

Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, and communication skills;

Proficiency in MS Office programs.
