Responsibilities

Processing, analysis, and systematization of large volumes of data in Excel;

Preparation of complex Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, databases, and reports;

Analysis, structuring, and processing of various documents (Word, PDF, Excel, etc.);

Researching data, processing information, and preparing reports using artificial intelligence platforms;

Implementation of AI solutions for the automation of work processes and increasing productivity;

Preparation of presentations, reports, and analytical materials in accordance with management instructions.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

Ability to proficiently use Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, and other advanced Excel tools;

Ability to work with artificial intelligence platforms:

ChatGPT

NotebookLM

Claude

Experience working with other AI tools is an advantage;

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani;

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility;

Ability to rapidly learn new technologies.

Will be considered an advantage:

Knowledge of SQL;

Power BI or other data analytics software;

Experience in document management, logistics, customs, finance, or business analytics;

Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
