Job Description

Working conditions

Work schedule: 8-hour shift work
Working regime: 6 days a week
Salary: 500 AZN + bonus

Advantages

Work experience with CCTV systems

Responsibilities

Performing daily monitoring via surveillance cameras (CCTV) installed in stores

Timely detection of suspicious activities, theft, or rule violations and promptly reporting them to management

Monitoring camera footage and retrieving it from the archive when necessary

Preparing daily reports and submitting them to management

Monitoring and evaluating the behavior of store employees during the work process (discipline, customer communication, adherence to work rules)

Preparing operational and written reports on incidents

Ensuring compliance with security protocols

Ensuring continuous and attentive surveillance during shifts

Informing relevant personnel when technical malfunctions are detected

Requirements

Secondary or higher education

Age range 24–34

Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field

High attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and efficiency

Analytical thinking and strong observation skills

Ability to work in a team

Intermediate computer skills
