Job Description
"Vizart" company is an official distributor of medical products and equipment for various fields of medicine in Azerbaijan. A comprehensive approach is the hallmark of our company’s work style. We do not just sell medical equipment and consumables; we offer our clients integrated solutions in the field of ophthalmology by supplying a full range of medical equipment for ophthalmological clinics. The "Vizart" product portfolio also includes medical devices for ophthalmology, contact lenses and care solutions, as well as measuring devices (tonometers, glucometers, nebulizers, and thermometers). Every year, our company's portfolio expands with the goal of maximizing client satisfaction.

Your goal: Ensure effective promotion and significant growth in sales within the eye microsurgery segment across your assigned territory (clinics, hospitals, medical centers).

Product portfolio: Intraocular lenses (IOLs), microsurgical equipment, and consumables from leading global brands.

Conditions:
• Salary: 1500 AZN fixed base + transparent KPI bonus system;
• Work schedule: 09:00 – 18:00;
• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Location: Modern office in Baku (TEAM Plaza);
• Training: Professional product training and support at all stages;
• Business trips: Possible (1-2 times per month).

Responsibilities
• Sales management: planning (monthly/quarterly/annual), setting SMART goals, execution and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

• Team management: effective management of managers, weekly deal analysis, staff training and development;

• Interaction with Decision Makers: conducting high-level negotiations (clinic owners, chief physicians, leading ophthalmologist-surgeons);

• Field activity: personal visits to medical institutions to build long-term partnership relations;

• Technical marketing: conducting equipment presentations, preparing commercial proposals, participating in specialized exhibitions and conferences;

• Systematization: implementation and monitoring of the CRM (Bitrix24) system, analysis of the market and competitor activity, regular reporting to the CEO.
Requirements
• Excellent command of the Russian language is mandatory (knowledge of English is an advantage);
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the field of ophthalmology (IOLs, equipment);
• At least 2 years of personal B2B sales experience in medical equipment;
• Knowledge of the cataract surgery market, as well as the specifics of selling to surgeons and chief physicians;
• A medical background is desirable;
• Strong communication skills, ability to persuade, and aptitude for building long-term relationships.
