Responsibilities

• Management and collection of overdue loans

• Conducting phone and face-to-face negotiations with customers

• Negotiating repayment plans and monitoring their execution

• Analyzing and prioritizing overdue customers

• Preparation of daily and monthly collection reports

• Providing recommendations for reducing the non-performing loan portfolio

Requirements

Age: 18 - 45

• Gender: Female and Male candidates

• Secondary vocational or higher education

• Fluency in Azerbaijani language

• No work experience required (Preference given to those with experience)

• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is an advantage

• Analytical approach and decision-making skills

• Being active, flexible, result-oriented, and responsible

• High communication and persuasion skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to work with difficult customers
