Job Description
Address: Suleyman Sani Akhundov 363A (near Azadliq metro station)

Working hours: 6 working days per week (from 09:00 to 18:00)

Employment documentation in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Responsibilities
Processing of accounting documents.

Verification of the accuracy of electronic invoices.

Conducting reconciliations with clients and signing the relevant acts.

Conducting reconciliations with debtors and preparing acts. Conducting reconciliations with creditors and executing payments.

Execution of internet banking transactions.

Calculation of employee salaries.

Maintenance of records for fixed assets and inventory.

Calculation and payment of vacation pay, sick leave payments, bonuses, and final settlements.

Processing of benefits paid by the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) in the state electronic system.

Preparation and submission of reports on social insurance contributions.

Preparation of information requested by the Ministry of Taxes, the State Social Protection Fund, and the State Statistics Committee regarding salaries.

Execution of other tasks assigned by management, completing work and reports on time, and preparing and submitting necessary information to management.

Proficiency in 1C 8.3.

Preparation of monthly reports.
Requirements
Education: Higher education

Work experience: 1 to 3 years

Age: 25 - 40

Ability to work in 1C software

Knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word)

Preference will be given to those with knowledge of tax legislation

Ability to perform assigned duties fully, on time, with high quality, and independently

Ability to work in a team and respect internal disciplinary rules
