Job description:

As the MINVOLT team, we are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing and SMM specialist who will be the "face" and "voice" of our company in the digital world and will actively bring all our social media platforms to life!

If you are someone who is not afraid to appear on screen, catches trends faster than anyone else, and loves cameras and editing software, this job is for you.

Responsibilities
Active management: Daily management and development of all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.);

Video shooting and editing: Conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing dynamic and engaging videos in Reels, TikTok, and Shorts formats (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.);

Content creation: Preparing visual content (photos, posters, stories) and engaging copy that will attract the audience;

Direct communication: Responding to all comments and direct messages (DM) on the pages in a timely, friendly, and professional manner;

Trend tracking: Monitoring the latest trends, music, and visual effects on social media and promptly adapting them to the company’s concept;

Advertising and analysis: Setting up and monitoring initial targeted ads on social media.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of active experience in SMM, content creation, or video blogging;

Mobile cinematography and editing skills: Ability to film high-quality content with a phone and proficiency in mobile editing applications (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.);

Excellent and creative writing skills in the Azerbaijani language (proficiency in Russian or English is a major advantage);

Confidence in front of the camera, strong communication skills, excellent visual taste, and creative thinking;

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines (responsibility).
