Working hours: 18:00 - 09:00

Ability to work in a high-pressure and stressful environment.

Responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls

Recording calls on the computer

Providing full and detailed answers to customers' questions

Receiving suggestions and complaints made to the call center

Managing the WhatsApp account professionally

Timely execution of management tasks

12 shifts per month

Requirements

Only male candidates
Experience: at least 6 months
Age limit: 20-27
Neat, punctual
Responsible, capable of performing assigned tasks on time and accurately
Ability to communicate fluently and work in a team
Foreign language skills: Russian (fluent), English (preferred)
Possessing high professional communication skills.
