Job Description

🔧 Service Engineer / Technical Specialist

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled employee to work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of payment card production and personalization equipment.

Preference will be given to:

Candidates with work experience in printing equipment, industrial equipment, ATM/POS terminals, or other electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Installation, technical maintenance, and repair of equipment;

• Diagnostics of malfunctions in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems;

• Carrying out preventive inspections and maintenance work;

• Providing technical support to customers;

• Preparation of technical documentation and service reports;

• Conducting correspondence with foreign manufacturers regarding technical issues.

Requirements

• Technical or engineering education;

• Basic knowledge in the fields of electrical, electronics, and mechanics;

• Experience in the repair and technical maintenance of electrical equipment is an advantage;

• Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation;

• Proficiency in English (for working with technical documentation);

• Ability to work with MS Office programs;

• Responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to solve problems promptly.
