Coffee Moffie is currently announcing an opening for the Store Manager position and for candidates looking to advance into this role in the future.

Responsibilities
• Management and support of daily cafe operations

• Coordination of the bar team

• Maintaining service quality and guest experience

• Scheduling and internal communication

• Team development and team building

• Stock management and relations with suppliers

• Organization of Coffee Moffie community activities (book clubs, chess, running groups, startup meetings, exhibitions, music and film nights, etc.)

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills

• Responsible and solution-oriented mindset

• Enjoy working with people and being in a social and creative environment

• Azerbaijani language (essential)

• Engaging, proactive, and open to learning
Requirements
The profile we are looking for:

Responsible, organized individuals with high emotional intelligence who love people and enjoy creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

This vacancy is open to candidates both with and without management experience, provided they are eager to learn and develop.

Selected candidates without experience will be given the opportunity to learn the system from within the cafe and advance to a management position within approximately 6-12 months.
