Job Description
Salary: 1000 AZN + Negotiable
Responsibilities
• Ensuring the store staff adheres to internal disciplinary rules and quality of work standards;

• Ensuring the effective implementation of sales;

• Taking appropriate measures to achieve set sales targets;

• Implementing measures to maintain customer satisfaction;

• Informing relevant departments to resolve technical or other material-related issues arising within the store;

• Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the department head;

• Monitoring the material resources used for sales and operations within the store.
Requirements
• Higher education;

• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the apparel/clothing industry;

• Excellent command of the Azerbaijani language.

• High level of verbal and written communication skills;

• Active sales skills;

• Strong ability to persuade;

• Ability to solve problems effectively;
